對於藍營八縣市首長前往大陸訪問交流，行政院長林全昨（二十）日表示，希望這些交流能夠充分注意到我們國家的主權與尊嚴，不因這些交流而受傷害。林全昨天上午列席立法院進行施政報告並備質詢，在進入議場之前接受媒體提問時做了前述表示。
